Never miss another call.

Up on a roof in Mesa or under a sink in Chandler? Your AI receptionist picks up when you can't, books the job on your calendar, and flags urgent calls to you by email. Built for shops in Phoenix and the East Valley.

$497 a month. No contract. Free setup for our first 10 shops.

Demo: Desert Air Heating & Plumbing (a made-up business)

Incoming call, 5:30 PMAnswered by your AI assistant

CallerI do need an AC tune-up.

AI assistantGot it. Let's get you set up for an AC tune-up.

Booked: AC tune-up, Sat 8 to 10 AM

You can't answer the phone with your hands full.

You're on a roof. You're under a sink. You're with a customer, or you finally sat down for dinner. The phone rings and it goes to voicemail.

Some callers leave a message. Plenty just call the next name on the list.

That call was a job you already paid for. The ads, the truck wrap, the Google listing, the referral from your neighbor.

After hours and weekends

Things break when they break, not when you're open. Phoenix hit 110°F on a record 70 days in 2024, and a broken AC can't wait until Monday.

When you're on a job

Your busiest days are the days you can't pick up.

A front desk costs a lot

A receptionist in the Phoenix metro averages $40,820 a year in wages alone, before payroll taxes and benefits. And they still go home at night.

Source: BLS OEWS, May 2025, Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler metro, mean annual wage

Missed calls are missed jobs.

What it does

Meet your AI assistant. It answers the calls you can't.

It's an AI receptionist we set up for your business. It's friendly, gets to the point, and tells callers up front that it's a virtual assistant. Your shop picks the name it answers with and the voice callers hear.

Picks up any time

Nights, weekends, lunch, and calls that ring too long or hit a busy line.

Books the appointment

It puts the job on your calendar in the time slots you choose, then confirms the day, time, and address with the caller before hanging up.

Gets the details down

Name, callback number, address, and what's going on. It reads the number and address back so they're right, and saves it all to the customer record.

Knows what's urgent

You decide what counts as an emergency. Urgent calls get flagged to you by email, with the caller's name, number, and address, so you can call back fast.

Answers the everyday questions

Hours, service area, what you work on, and the prices you're OK sharing. If it doesn't have a price from you, it won't guess.

Sends you a recap

After each call it answers, you get an email with a short summary and the full conversation.

What your assistant won't do

  • Diagnose a problem or give advice beyond the safety steps you approve
  • Make up a price or promise something you haven't OK'd
  • Take a credit card number over the phone
  • Pretend to be a person

How it works

Set up for you in three steps.

We handle the setup. You keep doing the work. Most businesses are live in about a week.

  1. 1

We set it up around your business.

Tell us your hours, services, service area, the prices you're OK sharing, and what counts as an emergency. We build your assistant, give it a name and a friendly voice, and test it until it handles calls the way you would.

  2. 2

It answers the calls you can't.

Calls forward to your assistant when nobody picks up, the line is busy, or you're closed. You keep your number, so customers call the one they already know. It answers questions, books the job, or takes a clear message.

  3. 3

You get the details right away.

After each call it answers, you get a short summary and the full conversation by email. Urgent calls get flagged to you by email, with the caller's name, number, and address, so you can call back fast.

This is from a test call with our demo business, Desert Air Heating & Plumbing. Desert Air is a made-up company we use to show how the assistant works. Written transcript. Caller details changed, the assistant's name taken out of the greeting, trimmed where marked.

Test call with a made-up business

AI Assistant:Hi, thanks for calling Desert Air Heating and Plumbing! This is the virtual assistant, and a pretty capable one. This call may be recorded. What can I do for you?

Caller:I have a plumbing emergency.

AI Assistant:Okay, let's get our on-call tech on this. Can I have your full name, please?

(name, number, and address collected and read back)

Caller:My pipe bursts and there's water everywhere.

AI Assistant:I've got that your pipe burst and there's water everywhere. If water is actively leaking and it's safe to do so, you can turn off the main water shut-off valve, which is usually where the water line enters the house or near the water heater. The on-call technician will call you back within 15 minutes.

(trimmed)

Caller:How much is it gonna cost?

AI Assistant:The service call fee is eighty-nine dollars, waived if you go ahead with the repair. After-hours or emergency service calls are one hundred forty-nine dollars. The tech gives you an exact price before doing any work. Anything else?

Caller:No.

AI Assistant:Okay, Jordan, the on-call tech will call you at the number you gave within 15 minutes about the burst pipe at 123 East Main Street. Thanks for calling Desert Air.

The prices and the 15-minute promise belong to the demo business. Your assistant says whatever your shop approves.

Who it's for

Built for shops that live on the phone.

If a missed call means a missed job, an AI assistant can help.

Heating, cooling, and plumbing

Our working demo is a heating and plumbing company, so this is where the assistant is most at home. It knows a burst pipe from a tune-up and books each one the right way. Built for Phoenix summer weekends, when a dead AC can't wait.

Roofing and pest control

Small crews, and the phone rings while everyone's out. Your assistant books inspections, estimates, and service visits into the windows you set. We set it up with a script for your trade.

Auto repair

Quote questions, drop-off times, and "is my car ready?" calls. We set it up with a script built for your shop.

Based in Mesa. Serving Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Queen Creek.

The person behind your assistant

Meet Aaron

"Hi, I'm Aaron. I live here in Mesa, and I'm building this business to support my family.

I've always loved two things: helping small businesses do well, and finding ways technology can make the work easier. This is where those two meet.

You're busy doing the actual work. The phone still rings. An AI assistant is how I help you catch those calls without hiring another person.

I set up and tune every assistant myself. I learn how your business talks, write your assistant's script around it, and keep adjusting it as we go. If something isn't right, you reach out to me and I fix it.

You won't be a ticket number. You'll be a neighbor I want to see do well."

What else we help with

More ways AI can take work off your plate.

Most shops start with the phone. Once that's covered, here's what else we can set up for you.

Website chat assistant

A chat box on your site that answers common questions, takes a name and number, and books jobs, day or night. Same idea as the Booked Solid phone assistant, just typed.

Review requests

After a job, your customer gets a friendly email asking for a Google review, with a direct link. More good reviews help you show up in local search. A text message version is coming soon.

Reminders and "come back" messages

Automatic reminders cut no-shows. A seasonal note to past customers, like "Time for your AC tune-up before summer?", brings back people who already trust you.

Missed-call text-back

Coming soon

If a call slips through, the caller gets a quick text so they don't move on to the next company.

Google listing posts, written for you

We write regular posts for your Google Business Profile and schedule them for you. A person checks every post before it goes up.

Get Found Locally

Our main local marketing plan: your Google listing, reviews, and posts, plus content in your voice, so more people nearby find you and call. Your AI assistant answers when they do.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us

Will my callers know they're talking to AI?

Yes. It says it's a virtual assistant right at the start of the call. If someone asks whether they're talking to a robot, it says so in one friendly line and gets back to helping.

What if a caller wants a real person?

Your assistant takes their name, number, and what it's about, and tells them when someone will call back, based on your hours. Passing hot calls straight to your cell is coming soon.

What happens with emergencies?

You tell us what counts as an emergency. Your assistant gives only the safety steps you approve, and for real danger, like a gas smell, it tells the caller to get out and call 911. Urgent calls get flagged to you by email with the caller's name, number, and address. You or your on-call person makes the callback.

Do I have to change my number or my phone system?

No. You keep your number. Your phone forwards calls to your AI assistant when nobody picks up, the line is busy, or you're closed.

Can it book into the software I already use?

It books into a calendar we set up for you, and that calendar can connect to Google Calendar. It doesn't connect to job software like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber yet. If you run on one of those, we'll talk through options on your call with Aaron.

Will it make things up?

It answers from the information you give us. It won't guess a price, diagnose a problem, or take a card number. If a caller needs something it can't handle, it takes a message for you.

What if it gets something wrong?

Each call it answers comes with a transcript, so you can see exactly what was said. We read the calls and tune its script when something's off, and every account gets a script tune-up each month.

Is this meant to replace my front desk?

No. It's there for the calls your team can't get to. You decide when it answers: after hours only, when the line is busy, or all day.

Can it text my customers?

Not yet. Text alerts and missed-call text-back are coming soon, once phone carriers register texting. That can take weeks, so for now, alerts and call summaries come to you by email.

Does it speak Spanish?

English for now.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are live in about a week. Going live just means you forward missed and after-hours calls from your current number, so you keep it. Texting isn't part of that week, because phone carriers have to register it first, and that can take weeks. Syncing with outside scheduling software isn't included.

What does it cost? Is there a contract?

It's $497 a month for up to 1,200 minutes of calls. Setup is $1,750, and it's free for our first 10 shops. It's month to month, and you can cancel anytime with no fee.

What if I go over 1,200 minutes?

Extra time is $0.35 a minute, billed in 100-minute blocks of $35.

Let's talk about your phones.

Fifteen minutes, no pressure. I'll listen to how calls come in today and tell you honestly whether an AI assistant is a fit.
